Ukrainian air defenses shoot down 15 Russian drones overnight

On the night of August 19, the Russian Federation launched another airstrike against Ukraine using Iranian attack drones Shahed-136/131″.
The Air Force of Ukraine's armed forces reported this.
A total of 17 attack drones were launched from the Kursk region. Anti-aircraft defense worked in the northern and central, as well as in the western regions.
The forces and means of the Air Force in cooperation with the air defense systems of other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed 15 enemy drones.
Over the past day, on August 18, air defense managed to destroy six unmanned aerial vehicles of the operational-tactical level of various types and one strike type – Lancet.
