Ukrainian company raises over $100,000 in 2 weeks for its footrest to improve posture
The Ukrainian company Vilno launched a Kickstarter (platform for boosting the project) for a footrest that helps alleviate discomfort and improve posture when sitting at a computer.
The founders say their goal was to raise $5000, but in just two weeks, the project managed to raise $103,598+ and 1019+ orders worldwide.
VILNO was founded by Danylo and Nazar Ozhho, Ukrainians living in Germany. The company's product is called FootRester, which combines a footstool, foot massager, and footrest in one multifunctional product.
The product is made of bamboo wood. Thanks to its easy height adjustment, one can find the perfect position that suits their individual needs, providing optimal comfort and support.
The built-in massage rollers and memory foam cushions provide a pleasant foot massage that effectively relieves tension and back pain, promoting relaxation and overall well-being.
VILNO launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter with the goal of raising $5000. However, in just the first 3 days, they managed to raise more than $20,000 and received 226 backers. And in 14 days, the project managed to raise $103,598+ and 1,019+ orders worldwide.
