In his turn, Terekhov addressed the city residents: "Kharkiv is under fire from the Russian occupiers. I call on everyone to be careful."

Later, Syniehubov reported that Kharkiv was probably fired upon from the S-300.

"The Russians launched missile strikes on Kharkiv. Previously, by the S-300 air defense system. Special services inspected the consequences of the shelling in the Kholodnohirsky district.

At this moment, information about the victims has not been received," the head of the Regional Military Administration emphasized.

"At about noon today, the enemy shelled the village of Pershotravneve, Izium district. According to the preliminary data of the medics, one man about 50 years old was injured and was hospitalized. A woman of about 70 years old, unfortunately, died," said the head of the region.
