Ukrainian soldiers capture a dozen Russian invaders near Kreminna in Luhansk region

In the Luhansk region, the Ukrainian military captured a group of ten Russian soldiers near Kreminna.

Journalist Oleksii Artiukh published the video with the occupiers on his Telegram channel on August 3.

At least ten prisoners can be seen in the footage of the video clip.

"Kreminna. Captured occupiers," the message reads.

One of the invaders admitted that he received 170,000 rubles (about 68,000 hryvnias) for three months of fighting.

"I received 170,000 in three months," answered one of the prisoners when asked about his "earnings."

At the same time, he admitted that the Russian authorities deceived the invaders, who set out to kill Ukrainians, tempted by large "salaries."

Judging by his footage, the Ukrainian military captured the invaders in the forest area.

Ukraine launched a major offensive on the southern front. The counteroffensive against Russian troops is gaining momentum.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces spokesman, Andrii Kovalev, reported that the soldiers of Ukraine's armed forces had success in the Staromayorske area on the southern front.

Ukrainian defenders managed to advance 500 meters along the front line.

In turn, the National Guardsmen succeeded in the offensive in the Melitopol direction. Currently, they are now ensconced on the boundaries they achieved.

Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Maliar said that the Russians are accumulating troops on all fronts, trying with all their might to stop the offensive of Ukraine's armed forces.

In addition, the ISW noted that the occupiers are advancing on the Kupiansk – Svatove – Kreminna border and the Bakhmut area on the Avdiyivka – Donetsk border.

Also, from February 24, 2022, to August 3, 2023, the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 247,850 Russian invaders, 620 of them on August 2.
