Russia strikes major Ukrainian city of Kharkiv with S-300 missiles by night

On the night of July 31, the Russian forces fired rockets at the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv, Dmytro Chubenko, the spokesman of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, reports.
The Russians shelled the city from the territory of Russia's Belgorod region, hitting the warehouse of one of the commercial enterprises. A fire broke out in an area of about 200 square meters. The man, who was not far from the explosion's epicenter, received bodily injuries. He was given medical assistance.

Five units of equipment and 28 Kharkiv Garrison State Emergency Service personnel were involved in eliminating the consequences of shelling.
Another Russian missile hit the territory of a private household in Velykyi Burluk, Kharkiv region. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
