As was reported, on the evening of July 28, the Russian occupiers targeted a high-rise building and the security service building in the center of Dnipro.

Then Minister Klymenko said that rescuers and police officers were already working at the scene, conducting a house-to-house search. People are provided with the necessary assistance, the minister added.

The high-rise building was located near the Dnipro-Arena in the city center. Russian troops damaged a newly built residential complex in the city center, where many apartments were still unoccupied. It is also known that the security service building has been empty for a long time.

In turn, the Ukrainian president reacted to Russia's attack and noted that he promptly held talks with the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, and the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhii Lysak.

Zelensky said that all the necessary services were at the scene of the strike, the victims were being helped, and the situation was under control.

"We will do everything to bring Russia to full punishment for aggression and terror against our people. This bastard will answer. We will do everything for the sake of justice," the president stressed.
