The air defense system of Ukraine will be strengthened. Aid will be directed to those regions that are currently most in need of protection.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported this.

Zelensky held a daily conference call.

"I have listened to the current reports on the supply of weapons and ammunition. There are reinforcements for our air defense system. It will be directed to where it is most needed now," he wrote.

In addition, at the meeting, representatives of the Main Directorate of Intelligence and the Foreign Intelligence Service reported on the activities of the occupiers and their immediate plans.

Representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine reported on the latest implementations against Russian saboteurs inside the state.

In addition, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valery Zaluzhnyi, informed about offensive and defensive actions along the entire contact line.

"We believe in our boys. We will continue to work," added the president.

For reference:

After withdrawing from the "grain agreement," Russia has attacked the south of Ukraine almost every night. In particular, the aggressor is actively hitting Odesa and the region. At the same time, the occupiers attack not only the port infrastructure but also fire civilians.

In particular, on the night of July 23, the Russians launched a rocket attack on the Transfiguration Cathedral in Odessa. A Russian missile hit the central altar. As a result of the attack, the temple building and roof were partially destroyed.

On the night of July 24, invaders attacked the river port of Reni on the Danube, which is located near the border with Romania.

The Office of the President also noted that Ukraine needs more air defense systems and ATACMS-type long-range missiles to deprive the Russians of the opportunity to continue shelling peaceful cities.
