Russian forces move military equipment from southern Melitopol to Crimea to avoid Ukraine's strikes
Pro-Ukrainian partisan movement "Atesh" reports that Russian troops are transferring trucks, tractors, and other military equipment from the temporarily occupied Melitopol in Zaporizhzhia to the temporarily occupied Crimea.
The initiative notes that the invaders are supplying their troops using Crimea, but "this will not last long."
After another successful operation of Ukraine's forces against the occupiers in Melitopol, the Russian troops began to move equipment to Crimea. This time, our agents recorded the movement of military trucks, tractors and other equipment from Melitopol to Crimea, the statement says.
The decision follows after multiple strikes on Russian clusters in the occupied South. Ukrainian forces eliminated the so-called "acting deputy minister of construction" in Melitopol.
Ukrainian forces destroyed the Russian HQ in Melitopol, killing 200 troops in 2022.
The state has been able to deliver precision fire on hundreds of targets, including Russian command posts, thanks to HIMARS multiple rocket launchers provided by NATO members.
