Six people injured in explosion of unknown enemy object in Zaporizhzhia
An explosion of an unknown Russian military object occurred in the vicinity of Zaporizhzhia, injuring 6 individuals, including one minor.
Oleksandr Vlasiuk, the first deputy mayor of Zaporizhzhia, told reporters at the scene.
As the official reported, at 12:30 a.m., during the air alert, the emergency department received a signal about an explosion.

"People were injured. Investigative actions are currently underway, and the wreckage of an as-yet-unknown military object is being studied.
Six victims are known, three of whom are hospitalized, including a small child. She is being examined at the regional children's hospital," the official said.
Vlasiuk also said that one victim suffered a laceration to her leg and lost a lot of blood. Others were injured by shrapnel.

Utility services are working on the spot, he added.
The official also noted that after the investigation is completed, the scene will be cleaned up. The city authorities have reported numerous complaints from citizens regarding damage to nearby apartment windows and have already taken measures to provide construction materials to repair them.
As for what exploded, it is still unknown at this time, but there is a small hole and a lot of debris.
