Norway to provide more NASAMS air defense systems to Ukraine
The Norwegian government has decided to transfer a package of additional military aid to Ukraine, which includes the NASAMS air defense system.
Rubryka reports, citing the statement by the Ministry of Defense of Norway.
"The government has decided to donate a NASAMS support package containing two additional fire control centers, two launch units, and spare parts. This will ensure endurance, redundancy, and flexibility and thus increase the effect of the already donated air defense to Ukraine," says Defense Minister Bjørn Arild Gram.

As was reported, Norway has transferred two NASAMS systems to Ukraine in cooperation with the United States.
"Air defense is a high-priority need of Ukraine. Ukraine needs protection against Russian air power and missile attacks. NASAMS' good operational results mean that air defense in general and NASAMS, in particular, are highly desirable by Ukraine," the minister added.
