Early reports indicate that a child and a woman were seriously injured in the strike on Pervomaiskyi, the director of the Emergency Medical Centre Viktor Zabashta told Suspilne Kharkiv.
As of 15:56, authorities reported 31 injured civilians.
When the explosion occurred, the city was saying farewell to the deceased soldier of the 3rd Assault Brigade, Oleh "Malysh" Fadieienko.
No air-raid warning was issued in the Kharkiv region.
