Russian troops shell residential areas of Kherson, killing two and destroying civil infrastructure
On the afternoon of 29 June, the Russians attacked a residential area in the city of Kherson, injuring two civilians.
Later, local authorities reported two dead as the shelling hit the civil infrastructure.
In the afternoon, Russians fired at the "Point of Unbreakability" humanitarian facility in Kherson. Terrorists attacked the place where civilians came to receive aid. Two citizens were killed, two more are in hospital in moderate condition, the statement said.
The official reported that two civilians, 34 and 51 years old, were injured in the shelling. The men were hospitalized with burns on their limbs and faces.
Residential buildings, a medical facility, an official car, as well as a city school where an invincibility center was deployed were hit by the enemy.
On the morning of June 29, Russians shelled the village of Bilozerka in the Kherson region. A 71-year-old woman was killed in the attack.
Doctors who arrived at the scene reported the woman dead. The injuries were incompatible with life. A 20-year-old man suffered a concussion and facial wounds. At least 12 residential buildings were damaged in Bilozerka as a result of enemy shelling.
Over the past day, June 28, Russian troops fired 64 times at the Kherson region, launching 342 shells from mortars, artillery, tanks, Grad rocket systems, and UAVs. The occupiers fired 12 shells at the city of Kherson. Three people were wounded in yesterday's shelling.
