The Minister of Internal Affairs of Poland, Mariusz Kaminski, announced this.
What is the problem?
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Poland, Mariusz Kaminski, emphasized that armed riots in Russia show that this country is gradually demoralizing. Therefore, it is a significant threat not only to Ukraine, which is directly fighting against Russian aggression, but also to the entire region and the world.
What is the solution?
"At the moment, the most important thing is weapons. Soon we will start supplying weapons to the National Guard of Ukraine, to the assault brigades of the Ukrainian police, and to the Border Guard. These will be thousands of assault rifles, millions of cartridges, which will allow the defenders of Ukraine and the defenders of Europe to fight effectively," Kaminsky said.

How does it work?
According to the Polish minister, Ukrainian national guardsmen, police officers, and border guards are creating assault brigades at the front.
"And it is precisely these formations that we will help very specifically," Kaminsky emphasized.
He emphasized that Poland would also provide significant assistance to wounded Ukrainians. According to him, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Poland owns a network of specialized hospitals. Kaminsky emphasized that Ukrainians fighting for freedom need this help the most now.
"Those who will be wounded at the front can count on our help," he emphasized.
In this context, the minister noted that the Polish side had prepared a medical train to pick up wounded Ukrainians from Lviv and transport them to the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs hospitals.
"We will also provide medical equipment to Ukrainian hospitals that are under the authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Special assistance will be sent to hospitals located near the front – in Kharkiv and Kherson," Kaminsky emphasized.
The Polish minister reported that six vans with humanitarian aid are already leaving Rzeszów for the front-line hospitals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He added that this refers, in particular, to field hospitals that are at the disposal of the National Guard, border guards, and police.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, thanked Poland for its help from the first days of the war. He noted that during the meeting with Kaminsky, he talked about how the Polish aid provided in recent weeks was used, particularly in connection with the Russians' destruction of the Kakhovka HPP.
Klymenko reminded that Poland handed Ukraine 10 large water tanks and pumps for pumping out water from flooded areas to eliminate the consequences of this disaster. He noted that thanks to the help of Polish colleagues, it was possible to bring the situation in this region under control.
Klymenko also emphasized that the aid provided by Poland will reach the regions that need it the most today.
For reference:
It should be noted that the former Deputy Minister of National Defense of the country, Waldemar Skrzypczak, said that the military of Western countries does not doubt that the Russians are behind the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam.
