Ukraine's troops make tactical progress on key fronts – UK Intelligence
The Ukrainian military's offensive operations in three key areas are making gradual but steady tactical progress, according to the latest report of the UK's intelligence.
According to British analysts, in recent days, Ukrainian troops have regrouped and are again conducting large-scale offensive operations in three main areas in the south and east of Ukraine.
Ukrainian forces are using the experience of the first two weeks of the counteroffensive to improve their tactics for assaulting deep, well-prepared Russian defenses, the ministry said.

In the Luhansk region, Russian troops have made significant efforts to advance in the Serebryansky Forest near occupied Kreminna. Their actions likely reflect orders from the Russian senior leadership to go on the offensive whenever possible.
Russia has made some small gains in the area, but Ukrainian forces have prevented a breakthrough, British analysts said.
According to Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar, Ukrainian soldiers from the Eastern Military Group have launched an offensive in several directions, and there is progress everywhere. The forces have advanced in the Bakhmut direction, including Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Bohdanivka, Yahidne, Klishchiyivka, and Kurdyumivka.
Troops of the 1st mechanized battalion of the 3rd separate assault brigade defeated the Russian invaders and cleared a bridgehead on the western bank of the Siversky Donets-Donbas canal.
Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba said this week that the armed forces need more planes, helicopters, and man-portable air defense systems to successfully counterattack to end Russian air dominance.
