Russia loses four companies on Ukraine’s south-eastern front over past day – commander of Tavriia Force Group

Russian forces suffer extreme casualties, losing around 400 troops just in one day on the south-eastern front, according to the Tavriia Group commander Oleksandr Tarnavskyi.

An average Russian company equals 80-200 troops, so the amount of losses is still counting.

77 units of enemy military vehicles were either destroyed or damaged, he reported.

On June 17 and the beginning of the day on June 18, Ukraine's air defense destroyed two Ka-52 attack helicopters and 12 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Russian invaders.

British intelligence believes that the Russians will suffer the largest losses in the last four months.
As noted by analysts, the most intense fighting is currently ongoing in the Zaporizhzhia region, in the west of the Donetsk region, and around Bakhmut.
