Over 130 explosions ring out in Sumy region, injuring one civilian
On June 9, the Russian army launched 16 shellings on the communities of the Sumy region, as a result of which 133 explosions were recorded.
The military administration of the Sumy region reported this.
According to reports, the communities of Yunakivska, Bilopolska, Myropilska, Krasnopilska, Shalyhynska, Novoslobidska, and Velykopysarivska came under fire.
- An artillery fire from self–propelled guns, comprising four separate explosions, occurred in the Yunakivska community. One resident sustained an injury, and private property bearing damage included one residential building, an outbuilding, and a garage.
- The Russians launched mortar fire (7 explosions) in the Novoslobidska community.
- The enemy also fired mortars (39 explosions) and artillery (10 explosions) and shelling from automatic grenade launchers (20 explosions) in the Bilopolska community.
- The Velykopysarivska community experienced mortar shelling consisting of five explosions and shelling from self–propelled guns composed of seven blasts.
- The Russians shelled the Myropil community with a mortar (4 explosions).
- There was mortar shelling (26 explosions) and artillery shelling (8 blasts) of the Krasnopilska community.
- The enemy dropped three mines on the territory of the Shalyhynska community.
As Rubryka wrote, on the night of June 10, the Russian occupation forces attacked the Odesa region with kamikaze drones.
Ukrainian air defense destroyed 8 out of 8 launched Shaheds, shot down two enemy missiles and one of the missiles hit the coast.
As a result of falling debris, a fire broke out, during which three people died and more than 20 were injured.

On Thursday evening, June 8, an air alert was announced throughout Ukraine. Monitoring channels wrote that the Russian Federation had launched Kalibr missiles.
Residents of Uman, Cherkasy region, reported an explosion in the region.
It is worth noting that the last time the occupiers attacked Uman was on April 28. Then they destroyed 14 apartments in a high-rise building with a rocket. Twenty-three civilians, including children, died.
Also, on the night of June 9, Russian troops launched up to 16 kamikaze drones and six air-launched cruise missiles over Ukraine.
The Air Force managed to destroy ten attack drones and four cruise missiles. One person died, and three were injured due to falling debris in the town of Zviahel in the Zhytomyr region.
