United to win: Swedish philanthropists donate ambulance, SUV, and UAV trailer to Ukraine's armed forces

Philanthropists from Sweden handed over an ambulance, an SUV and a trailer for unmanned aerial vehicles to the military, currently defending the Donetsk region.

Suspilne reported this.

"The ambulance is equipped with everything necessary to provide emergency aid. There are stretchers, a sufficient number of turnstiles; there are overalls for medical workers, spare parts," said the representative of the charity organization from Sweden, Bertil Sjöstr.

Also, the Ukrainian defenders were given a trailer specially designed for the military. It has a generator, powerful batteries, and solar panels. It is used to charge drones.

" This installation charges itself, allowing us to lift the drone in any weather. This gives us more mobility and the ability to fly more, so we can see more and ultimately save more lives," says a serviceman with the call sign "Belarus".

Equipment from Swedish benefactors will soon be taken to the Donetsk region.

Sweden declared in response to a request from Ukraine that it had initiated the training of a number of Ukrainian pilots on Swedish JAS 39 Gripen fighters.
