Russia's defense ministry cynically lies about the shelling of peaceful Ukrainian cities.

The officials claimed to have destroyed a facility that produces "drones for Ukrainian forces," which in reality is a residential complex.

"In the area of the city of Dnipropetrovsk (Dnipro since 2016, – ed.), a facility for the assembly of Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles was hit by high-precision ground-based weapons, said the official representative of Russia's defense ministry Igor Konashenkov.

On the night of June 4, the Russians hit the Pidgorodne community in the suburbs of Dnipro with a rocket, which was caught between two houses. Two residential complexes, between which an enemy missile hit, were partially destroyed.

10 private houses, cars, a shop, and gas pipelines were damaged. Some of the residents were buried under the rubble, and most of the injured were hospitalized.

After the shelling, 22 people were injured, including five children. A two-year-old girl died. The enemy used a ballistic missile.

Russian forces launched five Iranian-made  UAVs and six X-101/X-555 air-based missiles over Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the shelling and said that all Russians responsible must be punished.
