Russian troops shell Kherson region, killing a civilian

The Russian army shelled the Kherson region. A civilian was killed as a result of the shelling.

The Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that on Telegram.

As a result of enemy shelling, more than ten hits were recorded in Zolota Balka. A private house and outbuildings were damaged due to the impact of enemy shells.

In addition, the Russians shelled the village of Kozatske of the Novokakhovsk community. A 61-year-old man died due to the shelling.

The regional prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the Kherson region, including Kherson, was under occupation. Last fall, the Ukrainian military liberated the right-bank part of the Kherson region from the enemy. Currently, the left bank in the region remains under the control of the invaders. The latter continues to terrorize the civilian population of the right bank with regular shelling.

It should be noted that the process of evacuation the occupying "authorities" from the part of the Kherson region temporarily captured by Russia continues. During this so-called escape, they try to bypass the Crimean Bridge and find safer routes.

It should be noted that on May 21, as a result of a deliberate attack by the occupiers, a civilian was killed in the village of Kozatske, Kherson region.

Also, a 45-year-old man died due to enemy fire on Stanislav in the Kherson region. Furthermore, shelling in the Myliv community of Kachkarivka left one individual wounded.
