Germany donates 34 pickup trucks to Ukraine's military

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany provided 34 more pickup trucks to the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the last three weeks.

The German Embassy in Ukraine announced that on Twitter.

"Mobility is an important factor in Ukraine's defense capability and stability. To strengthen the Security Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany provided 34 more pickup trucks over the past three weeks," the diplomatic mission informed.

The German Federal Government has announced a new military aid package for Ukraine, amounting to approximately 2.7 billion euros, to be delivered over the coming weeks and months.

This delivery will include 20 Marder armored personnel carriers, 30 Leopard 1 tanks, four IRISTSLM air defense systems, 12 IRISTSLS launchers, hundreds of guided missiles, up to 200 reconnaissance drones, 100 protected combat vehicles, and more than 100 logistical support vehicles.

This package aims to strengthen Ukraine's ground forces with the help of armored personnel carriers and main battle tanks, as well as modernize Ukraine's air defense.
