Solutions to win: Kyiv designers create unique mobile auto body shop for Ukrainian army
Kyiv designers and the Academy of Land Forces, named after the Hetman Petro Sahaidachny, created a unique mobile auto body shop for LOCKER wheeled vehicles.
This is reported on the LOCKER website.
What is the solution?
It should be noted that the body shop, complete with the necessary tools for car servicing, can be conveniently installed on the back of any pickup truck.
"The car is designed to arrive at the point, repair the car and quickly leave," said the LOCKER expert, Veniamin Ivashchenko.
How does it work?
The body shop is equipped with three distinct sources of electrical power – a diesel generator, a battery inverter with a solar panel, and the capability to connect to an external electrical network.
Additionally, jacks, heavy–duty screwdrivers, simple air blowers, and other compressed air tools can be operated in the mobile body shop with the assistance of the installed robust 100-liter twin-piston compressor.
The mobile complex includes the entire range of tools that may be needed. There are metric and inch fastener tools, all European and American bit standards, and more.
The auto body shop also includes auxiliary equipment: shovel, saw, axe, fire extinguishers, and four plastic containers for any liquids (including petroleum products).
In the back of the car, there is a retractable locksmith machine, which is very convenient for short-term repair work.
