Thousands of tons of humanitarian aid destroyed by Russian missile attack in Ternopil

During the enemy's missile attack on the night of May 14, the Russian occupiers destroyed thousands of tons of humanitarian aid in Ternopil.

Ivan Hontar, head of the Light of Reformation charitable fund, reported this.

He reported that thousands of tons of humanitarian aid had been stored in the warehouse, which was destroyed by a Russian missile.

"As a result of a missile attack on Ternopil on May 13, our warehouse, where the humanitarian aid of the charitable fund was stored and which served as a hub for inter-church activities in our region, was completely destroyed.

Thousands of tons of aid passed through this facility, and hundreds of thousands of people received support and hope through the opportunity to use this facility," Hontar said.

The head of the charitable fund noted that two drivers near the warehouse miraculously were not injured.

On the evening of May 13, an air raid alert was announced in most regions of Ukraine. The anti-aircraft defense was operating in the Kyiv region; explosions were also heard in Ternopil.

According to preliminary data, before midnight on May 14, the Russian occupiers launched reconnaissance drones in the direction of Kyiv. The purpose of such a launch is likely to reveal the positions of our air defense.

On May 14, Russian forces conducted a cruise missile assault on the Ternopil region, marking the second such attack on the area in 24 hours.
