Ukrainian company has invented plant-based shrimp

The Ukrainian manufacturer Green Go, which produces plant-based food products, created GreenShrimps vegetable shrimp.
What is the problem?
Shrimp is the most popular seafood in many countries. Ukraine is no exception, either. However, whether shrimp are farmed or caught in the wild, getting this seafood into grocery stores and onto someone's plate contributes to several severe environmental and ethical problems, from the devastation of the marine environment to human labor abuse and human trafficking. Plus, vegans cannot consume natural seafood.
What is the solution?
The Ukrainian manufacturer reported it had created GreenShrimps vegetable shrimps, which can safely replace natural ones.
How does it work?
Vegetable shrimp covered with delicious breading taste juicy, delicate, and sweet. Shrimp tastes excellent in sushi, salads, and tom yum kung soup. The basis of vegetable shrimp is pea protein. It also contains sunflower oil, emulsifier, cellulose gum, and modified starch.
