The head of the Ukrainian government informed about this on Telegram.
"The Czech Republic and Slovakia will contribute to bringing Russia to justice for war crimes. During the meeting with the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, and the President of Slovakia, Zuzana Čaputová, we raised the issue of creating a special international tribunal to try all the leaders of the Russian Federation who give criminal orders," Shmyhal clarified.
At this meeting, the Prime Minister called for stronger sanctions, in particular against the nuclear industry of the Russian Federation.

"It is also important to diversify nuclear energy in Europe and reduce its dependence on Russia. Ukraine is ready to help and share experience," he said.
Ukraine values military cooperation with the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Shmyhal noted.
"We discussed the prospects of training the Ukrainian military and repairing equipment on the territory of the neighbors. I thanked for their solidarity in the rapid reconstruction, in particular for the supervision of partner regions. The appointment of a special representative by the Czech Republic for the reconstruction of Ukraine is especially important," the Ukrainian Prime Minister added.
According to him, Ukraine expects the same decision from Slovakia because it will improve our cooperation in reconstruction.
President of Slovakia, Zuzana Čaputová, has acknowledged the potential for changes in relations with Ukraine following the upcoming parliamentary elections in the country. At the same time, she affirmed that the newly elected government would comprehend the distinction between aggressor and victim in the Russian–Ukrainian war.
For reference:
As Rubryka reported, Czech President Petr Pavel and his Slovak counterpart Zuzana Chaputova arrived in Kyiv on the morning of April 28.
Čaputová noted that the joint visit is a sign of the improved relations between their nations.
Following the latest attacks on Ukrainian cities, including Uman and Dnipro, which resulted in the loss of innocent lives, Čaputová articulated that they cannot "turn our backs". Both presidents met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and other officials during the visit.
This is Pavel's first visit to Ukraine since his inauguration, with Čaputová having already paid a visit since the start of the war.
