Activists in occupied Luhansk stage daring protest against Russian occupiers
Activists of the Yellow Ribbon public movement that fought against the occupation held another patriotic protest in the temporarily occupied Luhansk.
National Resistance Center reported that even though the city has been under Russian occupation for nine years, unknown heroes continue to remind Russians that they are in a foreign city.
"The locals resist and wait for liberation, which will surely come, and every such action only lowers the enemy's morale and points to his helplessness in trying to suppress the Ukrainian underground," the message reads.
As the center stressed, activists of the resistance movement are holding a flash mob in the temporarily occupied territories. As part of the protests, Ukrainians put Ukrainian slogans on the Russian ruble banknotes and reminded the occupiers that they were only invaders.
