Russian army shells central market in Ukraine's southern city of Kherson: one killed, six wounded
Russian invaders attacked the center of Kherson. One person died, and six townspeople suffered injuries of varying degrees of severity.
Rubryka reports, citing the statements of the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Office of the President, Andrii Yermak, and Suspilne Kherson.
At first, the head of the region announced that "the center of Kherson is under fire! Stay in shelters!"
Later, Yermak reported that the Russians shelled Kherson, namely the Central Market area.
"As a result of the shelling, six people were injured," he added.
Later, Suspilne Kherson reported that due to the shelling of the Central Market in Kherson, glass was broken in the main pavilion and stalls. Ihor Honcharov, an ambulance doctor, told Suspilne that one person died and six were injured.
In the last 24 hours, the Russian invaders carried out 57 shellings on the territory of the Kherson region. The invaders fired 342 shells from heavy artillery, UAVs, and aviation.
The Russian forces shelled the city of Kherson six times, wounding one person.
As Rubryka reported, the Russian occupiers struck Kherson again on April 15. Then two women died after the artillery shelling on the Tavriiskyi city district. Shells hit the territory near the school.
