Ukrainian counteroffensive 'happening every day' – Ukraine's top defense official

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, said that the Ukrainian counteroffensive is happening every day, and the information hype is not in favor of the plans of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
He wrote that on Twitter.
"The Ukrainian counteroffensive is happening every day. We are not waiting for magic dates; we are acting calmly, systematically, and consistently destroying the Russian occupiers. The information hype is not beneficial to the plans of the Defense Forces of Ukraine," Danilov said.

As Rubryka wrote, Colonel Yurii Ihnat, spokesperson for Ukraine's Air Force, has stated that for the country to be successful in its counteroffensive, it must acquire an advantage in the air. He underscored that the enemy continues to attack from the air with guided aerial bombs and other missile weapons and that Ukraine is conducting air battles to defend its borders.
Ihnat noted that the supply of Patriot, SAMP/T systems, and the Ukrainian soldiers who can work with these complexes would strengthen Ukraine's advantage in certain regions. He also stressed the need for modern multi–purpose aircraft of the 4th+ generation, such as the F–16 jet, to be provided as soon as possible.
Ihnat stated that Ukrainian pilots have already been trained in the United States and that the tests have indicated that it will take less time to prepare them than had initially been estimated.
