russians shelled Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region on the morning of 2 April, killing at least six people.

The shelling damaged high-rise buildings and private residential buildings have been severely damaged, regional military administration reports.

"The russians attacked the central part of the city this morning. High-rise buildings and private residential buildings have been severely damaged." the statement says.

russians damaged:

• 16 apartment buildings
• eight private houses,
• a preschool institution,
• the building of the Kostiantynivka State Tax Inspectorate,
• gas pipelines,
• 3 cars.

Eight people have been injured, and six more have been killed.

russian forces shelled Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Mariinka, and Toretsk of the Donetsk region during the day. Five people were injured.

In Slovyansk, Donetsk region, the city council for the protection of children's rights decided to forcibly evacuate children. Those who refuse to leave will be relieved of their parental rights.
