russians attack boat, injuring two refugees escaping from occupied Kherson region
russian forces fired at a boat with civilians trying to leave the occupied part of the Kherson region on March 31.
People who tried to reach the city of Kherson by boat got under shelling, the regional military administration reports.
"They sailed from dachas [seasonal or year-round second home – ed.] on the left bank of the Dnipro River. According to preliminary reports, two people were injured. Emergency services arrived at the scene." the statement says.
Today, March 31, three energy workers were blown up by a russian landmine in the village of Posad-Pokrovske, in the Kherson region. The enemy attacked Kherson city nine times. 25 shells hit residential neighborhoods, private houses, and apartment blocks, the governor added.
