Zelensky visits front line positions in Zaporizhzhia region

During a working trip to the Zaporizhzhia region, President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the front line positions of the Ukrainian military in Zaporizhzhia and presented state awards to the defenders.

The head of state announced this on Facebook.

"Zaporizhzhia region. Front line positions. I am honored to be here today, next to our military. I am grateful to each of our soldiers for protecting Ukraine, our sovereignty, our cities, and our children. We will definitely win," Zelensky emphasized.

Zelensky talked with the service members and thanked them for protecting Ukraine. The President was informed about the operational situation in the relevant areas of the front and the provision of ammunition and equipment.

The President wished the soldiers good health and thanked their families for the heroes.

Volodymyr Zelensky also presented state awards to the military. The defenders of Ukraine received the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky of the III degree and "For Courage" of the III degree.

The military handed over a coin to the President, which is a symbol of military brotherhood.
