Unmarked drone crashes 200 km outside moscow, injuring two people

A powerful explosion has rung out in the russian city of kireyevsk, the tula region.

Residents report a 5-metre-deep hole, and two people injured. An unmarked drone caused the explosion.

At least one private house was damaged, windows were broken in a multi-apartment panel building.

russian propagandists claim the alleged crash of the Tu-141 Strizh drone. Such drones are in service with both russia and Ukraine.

The Regional Security Committee of the tula region reported two people were injured in the explosion in the kireevsk district, they received minor injuries, and they received medical assistance.

"There is currently no threat to the safety of the population and infrastructure," the committee added.

The explosion occurred at approximately 15:15 in kireyevsk (a city 35 km from tula). They said the explosion was heard all over the town: the walls and windows shook, and the explosion was heard 30 km away.

RIA Novosti, citing the region's Unified Dispatch Service, reports that two people were injured in the explosion in kireyevsk, the tula region.

On March 19 the unidentified drone crashed 250 km outside moscow in the same region. No casualties were reported.
