russian invaders struck southern Kherson in Ukraine on 11 March.
Currently, it is known 3 residents are killed, Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Administration says.
"Kherson is again under fire from the russian army. On the Mykolaiv highway, according to preliminary data, fragments of enemy ammunition injured two people. One of them died on the spot," Prokudin reported.
The head of the region added that a car was on fire in the city due to the impact of an enemy projectile.
Rescuers, medics, and police officers are already working at the site of the shelling, Prokudin added.
Later, he reported that three civilians were killed.
"At the site of an enemy attack on the Mykolaiv highway in Kherson, three people were killed and two were wounded," Prokudin said.
Previously, the russians shelled the city of Kherson 13 times, and the region area – 71 times. As a result of the shelling, three people died and five more were wounded.
