EU approves €2 bln military aid package to Ukraine

EU Ambassadors approved an additional €2 billion military aid package to Ukraine.
The aid is a part of the European Peace Facility. the Swedish Presidency of the EU Council says on Twitter.

Earlier, it became known that the EU defense ministers agreed to the proposal to provide immediate military assistance to Ukraine, in particular, the supply of 155 mm and 152 mm artillery shells within weeks, and 1 billion euros will be allocated from the European Peace Fund for compensation.
