Belta reports that the belarusian leader is sure that the Security Service of Ukraine and the US CIA were training the "terrorist."
"The Security Service of Ukraine, the leadership of the CIA, either from the side or behind the back, are developing an operation against the republic of belarus. A terrorist was trained. He is russian, with a russian passport and a Ukrainian passport.
Born in Kryvyi Rih, he lived in Crimea. Some relatives are in Austria and some stay in Kyiv. He was recruited by the special service of Ukraine in 2014. He's an IT specialist who is well-versed in IT technologies. I was preparing to commit terrorist acts," Lukashenko said.
The self-proclaimed president also said that during the preparation of the "saboteur," "the highest technologies were used."
"What we saw while implementing the operation in belarus was really something incredible. The highest technologies were involved. He was trained for this for more than one month. After training, he was routed (so the KGB says) to our territory," said Lukashenko.
