Solutions to win: volunteers have raised ₴1 mln selling souvenirs made of destroyed russian tanks
Volunteers from Vinnytsia and their American partners collected UAH 1 million to support the Ukrainian army by selling souvenirs made of the knocked-out russian tank.
A volunteer Diana Podolianchuk, wrote this on Facebook.
What is the problem?
The Ukrainian military still needs help; there is a shortage of military machinery, personal military equipment, and ammunition. If Ukraine relies on Western partners to provide machinery and ammunition, volunteer organizations actively help with personal military equipment.
What is the solution?
The volunteer organization said that the fighters of the Kraken Special Unit of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine shot down the russian T-80 BVM tank. Volunteers disassembled the tank into parts and made souvenirs for sale.
Podolianchuk wrote that volunteers managed to collect the first UAH 1 mln by selling souvenirs in the US.
"The story is like this. Ukrainian defenders from the American Javelin weapon knocked out a russian T-80 BVM tank, and our team made souvenirs of this tank," the volunteer mentioned.
According to Podolianchuk, this charity project is called DESTROY THE TANK.
"The goal of the project is to show how a piece of metal that came to destroy Ukraine is recycled and helps the Ukrainian people," the volunteer said.

How does it work?
According to her, the volunteers will direct the first part of the fundraised funds to help Ukraine's armed forces, as it was the primary purpose of creating a project.
The following proceeds will be given to families affected by russian aggression.
A documentary film was also released to spread information about russia's war against Ukraine in order to attract more resources and weapons from partners so that Ukraine could win as soon as possible.
The project is implemented with the support of Ukraine's armed forces and the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
