russian forces shelled the Kherson region 87 times in the past day with mortars, rocket launchers, artillery, tanks, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
The invaders attacked Kherson city twice, Kherson Regional Military Administration reports.
"The russian army shelled the Kherson region 87 times. Almost 500 shells from mortars, MLRS, artillery, tanks, and UAVs were fired at peaceful settlements in the region," the administration said.
Private and apartment buildings were damaged in the city.
11 people were injured in the Kherson region yesterday due to russian shelling, including a one-year-old baby.
The child's face and ears were injured by shards of glass. Now the boy is in the hospital, and his life is not in danger.
As a result of an overnight attack by invaders on a residential building in Zaporizhzhia on March 2, at least 4 people died, and 11 residents were rescued from the rubble by rescuers.
