Over the past 24 hours, russian invaders have struck the southeastern region of Zaporizhzhia 98 times with various types of weapons.

"During the past 24 hours, the enemy fired 98 times on the positions of Ukrainian defenders, using tank weapons, rockets, and cannon artillery along the entire line of contact," the Zaporizhia Regional Military Administration reported on Telegram.

National Police in the Zaporizhzhia region reports that, during the past day, the invaders shelled the civilian infrastructure in the area of 17 settlements: Balabyne, Huliaipole, Olhivske, Charivne, Chervone, Stepnohirsk, Stepove, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Shcherbaky, Temyrivka, Pavlivka, Mahdalynivka.

Law enforcement officers recorded 40 reports of citizens' houses (apartments) and infrastructure facilities being destroyed due to shelling by the russian federation.

The department noted that evacuating the civilian population from the territories temporarily occupied by russia was not carried out yesterday. russian forces have partially occupied the Zaporizhzhia region since the first days of their invasion, capturing the major cities of Berdiansk, Melitopol, and Enerhodar, home to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. In September, russia attempted to annex the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, claiming that the pseudo-referendum in the area passed with 93.11% of voters in favor of joining russia.

As Rubryka reported, the Ukrainian armed forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of 11 settlements in the Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions. Since the beginning of russian aggression, the Ukrainian armed forces have already eliminated more than 144,400 russian soldiers in total and more than 700 invaders in the past 24 hours alone.
