UK to provide long-range missiles to Ukraine

The UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak called on London to send air defense systems and long-range missiles to Ukraine.
He said this at a Munich security conference, Rubryka reports, citing a video published by Sky News.
"We need a military strategy for Ukraine. vladimir putin thinks that the West is tired of helping Ukraine, but this is not the case. Now is the time to double our military support. We will supply long-range ammunition and air defense systems", Sunak emphasized.
The British Prime Minister believes that what is at stake in this war is even more than the security and sovereignty of one nation.
"russia's invasion, its heinous war crimes and irresponsible nuclear rhetoric are symptoms of a broader threat to everything we believe in", he stated in the speech.
Sunak added that in February, the UK sent as much military equipment to Ukraine as in the whole of 2022.
To remind, the UK government plans to study the issue of what jets could be potentially provided to Ukraine.
