Peace negotiations with the russian federation are still impossible, as russia has decided to continue escalating the war.

"It is not the proper time for a dialogue because russia chooses war, chooses the escalation of the war. russia has decided to attack civilian infrastructure facilities and commit war crimes. Accordingly, russia cannot and will not win this war. Its attack must end in defeat," the head of the French state said.

According to him, now the civilized world should make efforts so that the use of force does not become normal because otherwise, stability in the world will be called into question.
