General Zaluzhnyi discussed vision of victory with US commander of NATO
On the eve of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group meeting in the "Ramstein" format, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, held a telephone conversation with the NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe and Commander of U.S. European Command, General Christopher Cavoli.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on his Facebook page.
"We discussed the issue of supplying international military aid to Ukraine and the training of our units on the territory of partner countries. I shared assessments of the operational situation on the frontline of the russian-Ukrainian war and plans for further actions."
Zaluzhnuy added that he expressed gratitude to General Cavoli "for his deep understanding of the situation" and shared his vision of Ukrainian victory.
"The victory of Ukraine will mean not only the liberation of its territories but also the creation of such conditions and such Armed Forces that will not give the russians any opportunity to attack our country at any time in the future."

A new meeting of the partners of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Rammstein format is scheduled for February 14 at the NATO headquarters.
Before the ninth meeting of the Defense Contact Group, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg urged not to allow Russia to seize the initiative on the battlefield.
