The Mogilev Regional Court of belarus sentenced to imprisonment three residents of Bobruisk, who were arrested for the so-called "terrorist attack" on the railway. Two of them, Dmytro Klymov and Volodymyr Avramtsev, were sentenced to 22 years in prison, and Yevgen Minkevich – to 1.5 years.

Several media, namely "Mogilevskie Vedomosti" (Mogilevkie News) in Telegram, Mediazone belarus, and the "Viasna" Human rights center, reported this information.

It is noted that on the basis of the law of the republic of belarus, "On amnesty in connection with the Day of National Unity," Yevhen Minkevych was partially released from punishment for one year. Considering the time spent in custody, the punishment is deemed to have been served.

"Rail partisans" were prosecuted on the basis of 6 articles of the criminal code, namely participation in an organization created to carry out terrorist activities, preparation for an act of terrorism, intentional damaging of the means of railway transport and means of communication, an act of terrorism and the deliberate destruction of means of railway transport and means of signaling, treason, and failure to report reliable information on grave crime that is being prepared.

 For reference:

On the night of March 30, 2022, three "railway partisans" from the city of Bobruisk were detained. The  Special Rapid Response Unit (a special forces unit of the National Guard of russia) assisted with the detention and opened fire at the partisans. One of the detainees, Dmytro Klimov, was injured and spent some time in a medical facility. Others were provided medical treatment on the spot.

Detainees were accused of setting fire to two relay cabinets between the "Sovestky" and "Vereytsy" platforms in the Osypovytskyi district.

In the past, 28-year-old Dmytro Klimov worked as a driver in several organizations, as a taxi driver, then as a regional manager.

27-year-old Volodymyr Avramtsev studied at the Bobruisk state school of the Olympic reserve and the belarusian State Agrarian Technical University.

28-year-old Yevhen Minkevych, like Volodymyr Avramtsev, graduated from the Olympic Reserve School – he studied at the Shamyakin State Medical University at the Faculty of Physical Education. He worked as an aidman in the Bobruisk ambulance and a taxi driver in various services.

In February 2022, belarusian "rail partisans" organized sabotage on the railways of the republic of belarus to prevent the movement of military equipment and material intended for military operations on the territory of Ukraine.
