New russian assault expected after February 15 – Luhansk governor

A new russian offensive in the Luhansk region can be expected any day after February 15, says the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhii Gaidai.

Haidai told the Belsat TV channel, "Basically, after February 15, you can expect [an attack by the russians] at any time."

According to the head of the region, the authorities see that the occupiers are collecting more and more reserves in this direction.

Also, they record more and more equipment drawn to the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. According to Haidai, the russians are "partially hiding somewhere in forest plantations, partly trenching in, and building more fortifications from where they will try to launch an offensive."

The head of the region also noted that the invaders bring ammunition but spend it not as before, but much more economically. This, in his opinion, also indicates that the russians are preparing for a full-scale offensive.

Haidai also said that the two-month training of the mobilized russians is already coming to an end, and russia will need about ten days to transfer them to Ukraine and gather a reserve for a new offensive.
