The spokesman of the command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, once again emphasized that X-22 missiles cannot be shot down using air defense that Ukraine has in service.

He stated this at a briefing at the Ukraine-Ukrinform Media Center.

At the same time, Ignat noted that russia's stockpile of relevant missiles could amount to hundreds. At the same time, according to him, Ukraine used to have X-22 missiles, but part of them was transferred to the russian federation in the form of payment of gas debts, and part was disposed of — cut into scrap metal.

The spokesman of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces assured that russian criminals would certainly be punished.

"They (russian military – ed.) are currently stationed at the Shaykivka airfield in russia. The commander and his family have already been made public. We must not succumb to such things (not try to commit lynching — ed.). It is clear that these are scum and criminals. They will be punished; that's clear. I think the lists of personnel, probably of the entire regiment, are at the disposal of our special services," the spokesman said.

Ignat noted that nowadays, it is not a problem to find these lists and find out about everyone by name — from the crew who carried out the order to the top who gave the order to shoot at the densely populated city with an X-22 missile, the error of which can be up to 600 meters.

As reported, in the city of Dnipro on January 14, a russian rocket hit a nine-story residential building, destroying two entrances from the 9th to the 2nd floor (72 apartments were destroyed, and more than 230 were damaged). Currently, it is known about 40 dead, including three children. In addition, 75 people were injured, including 15 children, and 39 people were rescued.
