Rubryka shared Patreon donations with a shelter for animals in Kyiv
The Ukrainian solutions-oriented media outlet "Rubryka" has already reported about the temporary shelter for animals called the "Exhibition Center" several times.
It was opened during a full-scale war – on March 31, 2022. Aviaries were built quickly from materials that were at hand. Dogs and cats from those settlements where active hostilities were taking place found shelter here.
A recent special decision from the shelter — anyone willing can try on the role of a dog's owner by taking the animal for a walk. This allows four-legged friends to find a new home faster.
This approach touched us, so we decided to support this initiative!
