Night attack on Kyiv: Ukraine's air defense shot down 13 kamikaze drones
On the morning of December 14, Ukrainian air defense shot down 11 Shahed kamikaze drones over Kyiv and the region.

"Most of the drones were shot down by air defense forces in the region," the head of the region emphasized.
According to preliminary information, Kyiv City Military Administration reports that debris from the drone damaged two administrative buildings in Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district. Information about the victims is being clarified.
Also, at 08:08, the city council reported that they shot down one more Shahed drone. So, in total, 11 enemy drones were shot down.
"People were not injured in the fall of the drone debris in the capital," the State Emergency Service reported.
Later, at 8:55, the city council reported that thanks to the effective work of the air defense and electronic warfare units, 13 kamikaze drones had already been destroyed.
Subsequently, the press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the russian army was launching Iranian drones from the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov, at which time a dozen Shahed drones were shot down by air defense.

More than ten barrage munitions were detected by radar," the message said.
The Air Force command noted that anti-aircraft missile units and another Air Force firepower had already destroyed ten Shahed drones.
The Air Force emphasizes that as of 8:10, combat work is still ongoing. Ukrainians are urged to observe safety rules in regions where an air raid has been declared.
