European Parliament with Belgian cities send first “Generators of Hope” for Ukraine

The first generators collected under the "Generators of Hope" initiative are being transferred to Ukraine by the European Parliament together with the city authorities of Brussels and several other Belgian cities.

This was announced by the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, Rubryka writes.

"Today, we join an increasing number of cities & towns by donating a generator with the first batch from Brussels & other Belgian cities to Ukraine.

Proud to lead an institution practicing solidarity with concrete action," she wrote.

Roberta Metsola did not specify how many in total and which devices will be sent in the first batch from Belgium.

We will remind you that the European Parliament and the European Association of Cities launched the "Generators of Hope" initiative to collect large quantities of generators for Ukraine.
