President Zelensky: Key task of state and people is to support Defense Forces
The key task of the state and people is to support the Defense Forces and provide Ukrainian defenders with everything they need.
"Our guys are real heroes. And this is our key task – both of the state and the people – to do everything possible to support our Defense Forces, to strengthen our Defense Forces, to find everything necessary for our Defense Forces in the world. I know how difficult it is in Bakhmut, in Donbas. Guys, hold on! I'm with you. The people are with you," President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his evening address.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine firmly hold positions in the most difficult directions, he emphasized.
"How many times have the occupiers planned to capture all of Donbas, be in Bakhmut… How many times have they already announced new terms of their advance, their victories," Zelensky noted.
He thanked everyone who helps to strengthen Ukraine, who will be able to say after this winter that bringing the victory closer is also his or her personal result, personal achievement.
As the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported, Russian troops are trying to improve their tactical position in Avdiivka and Bakhmut directions.
