The russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region intensified raids among the local population and filtering measures.

The Center of National Resistance (CNR) reported: "The occupiers are actively looking for underground. The raids are more active in big cities. The CNR has become aware of dozens of detainees in recent days.

The russians take the detainees to other places. In particular, the detained civilians in Nova Kakhovka are taken to the filtration camp in Chaplynka. There, they conduct interrogations and torture detainees to obtain information about the work of our underground at the temporarily occupied territory," the statement reads.

The Center of National Resistance called on the local population, if possible, to leave temporarily occupied territory during the special operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to liberate the region.

It was also reported that at around 9:30 in the Kherson region, anti-aircraft guns shot down a russian Su-25 attack aircraft.

The command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports this on Telegram.

"In the Kherson region, a unit of the Kherson anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Southern air command shot down a russian Su-25 attack aircraft," the message reads.

Later, russian media reported that Kherson and more than ten settlements near Kherson were left without electricity due to the "terrorist attack on the Beryslav-Kakhovka transmission line." It is emphasized that three reinforced concrete supports of high-voltage power lines are allegedly damaged on the Beryslav-Kakhovka highway.

At that time, it was reported that the russian occupying forces accused the Ukrainian military of shelling the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant in the Kherson region. The russian occupiers insist that the hydroelectric dam was damaged. The russian invaders claim that one rocket hit the lock of the dam, and there is destruction.

The Ukrainian military is accused of shelling the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant. The aggressors noted that allegedly around 10:00 a.m., the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired six missiles from the HIMARS installation. According to the russians, five missiles from HIMARS were shot down by their air defense. Later, the invaders added that the rocket hitting the Kakhovka dam lock "did not cause critical destruction."
