Apple received Peace Award, initiated by President of Ukraine
Apple received the "Peace Award," initiated by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, announced this on Facebook.
According to Fedorov, this is a special award from Ukraine for companies and corporations that left the russian market.
"We really have a lot to thank Apple for. It is the top company in the world, which supported Ukraine in the first days of the full-scale invasion and, by its example, stimulated other businesses to leave russia," the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation said.
He added that the Ministry of Digital Transformation appreciates the level of cooperation with Apple and believes it will strengthen even more in the future.
Fedorov thanked the company's top management for their openness and consistent steps in supporting Ukraine.
