Enemy shelling damages residential buildings, gas pipeline in Nikopol
Russian troops shelled Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, with heavy artillery overnight.
Valentyn Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post.
"In the city, 10 multi-storey and private buildings, farm buildings and a gas pipeline were damaged," he wrote.
Russian projectiles also hit a local waste removal company. Firefighters managed to extinguish a fire caused by the attack. The company's vehicles were seriously damaged.
No casualties were reported.
In other areas, air raid sirens went off, but there were no attacks. The situation is calm now.
